On 7th March 2006 you installed replacement soffits, fascias and gutters to the exterior at the above address. This letter is to say thank you and to compliment your workmen. They worked with an attitude of pride in their work, they cleared up after themselves and most of all completed a good piece of work. The property looks a lot better than it did and has an altogether good look to it, we are sure it has added value to the property but at the very least it will stop the birds from nesting in my roof space.
